I've lost weight but..?

I've lost about 5 pounds and my tumylooks thinner from the side but it feels like more squishy, or flabby, you know?

I'd really like to tighten it up, and my love handles. help?

    AB EXERCISES!!! even simple ones will help strengthen your core..you can look up different exercises on youtube or something like that.

    i find that the best way to stenghten your abs fast is the Bender Method..place a ball slightly smaller than a volleyball right beneath your lower back and do sit ups, that way you get extension and flexion.

    another GREAT way to make your stomach look great is pilates...its not just relaxation yoga stuff - its a bunch of core exercises that you never would've een realized existed. I did an hour pilates workout at a volleyball camp and even as someone who has a strong core, it really was a workout.

    running is a good way to burn fat and even strenghten your abs, too.

    you need to go to the gym.. and workout with weights... 4 times a week..

    and u need to do cardio 3 times a week 30 mins....

    eat more proteins to build more lean tissue on your body.. and eat less carbs.. u are probably not eating enough proteins.. so eat more salmon, fish, chicken... whey protein,

    and good carbs.. like brown bread, brown rice, oatmeal, whole grains, vegetables, fruit

    join a gym... and train your abs everyother day for 10 mins

    Try to incorporate some stregth training into your exercise routine. You can probably find some good moves to do online. type in "core strengthening moves" and that should give you a few ideas to try

    ur skin will tighten up over time if you keep the weight off
