Did you read the rules and agreements? they usually have that with advertisement. It might have said something there that did not guarantee that 2 free.

did you watch out for exclusions, or something of that sort? be careful, they may have had a little * thing and another at the bottom of the page saying "this exclude this and that" and you may not have qualified. 20 bucks isn't that bad. if i were you, i would send a very pissed off letter telling them how displeased you are. look for other people in the same boat as you. if you find other people who got jipped then maybe you can get a petition going or something.

I think you have been hustled. MMORPG's that are less well known, has a tendency for doing thing like that, not saying that they all do, just saying be careful.
Have you tried contacting them? email or phone. Could have been an honest mistake.
