What can I eat/drink so that I get more nutrients?

I eat my veggies but I feel like I am not getting enough nutrients. My skin and hair feel unhealthy. I know I can take vitamins, but believe it or not I have an adverse reaction to them. Is there like a drink or something I could try?

Update:

I'm not looking for a weight loss supplement.

I am just looking for something to make me healthier.

    try Biotin OTC at your health food store or larger pharmacy. Your hair will become silky and your skin will become soft.
