When I dowload sims for the exchange on the sims three webs
3 website it says the dowload was successful but i can never find them! Help!

When you are making a family, make the sim the gender and age of your downloaded sim, and there should be a light purple button with 6 dark purple shadows of sims in the bottom left corner, your downloaded sims should be there, if they aren't, make sure you have the right age and gender, and that the download did download.
