Which works better: Slimfast or Special K?
I'm always going back and forth between Slimfast and Special K. Which one helps you lose weight more and stay on track?

Special K is healthier.
But these are only a short term fix, when you eat normally again the weight goes back on.
Follow a healthy low fat diet and exercise 3/4 times a week and you will keep weight off for good.

That's 2 different questions. Probably equal for weight loss. Special K is better in all other ways including staying on track. Special K is MUCH healthier.

go with slimfast shakes, which isn't the best option because it's not 'organic'. ketamine on the other hand may work wonders in weight reduction, it however induces swellings and rash from allergic reactions... plus it's illegal

Special K with oats and honey. Someday I'll fit in that red swimsuit in the ad. Just don't hold your breath...
