Gmail. It is simple, FREE, and you can have as many accounts as you please. You can make an account for one thing such as junk mail or use both as your real email. You can have e-mails sent over from one account to the next. It is really a great tool for e-mail. I always put my "fake" account into website required fields for e-mail. It makes me feel better that the junk mail is going there instead of my actual account.
