What is the best exercise routine to lose my beer belly?

I'm outta shape and its starting to look disgusting.. Any tips?

    It's a question of diet and exercise!

    Your diet should include: Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, tons of water, oatmeal, whole-grain bread, brown rice, no sugary drinks or sweets.

    Your exercise: Jog around your park for at least 30 minutes a day, or go on the treadmill for a while. Also lift weights to make you leaner. Once you lose some all-over body fat, you can start with exercises like crunches which will bring out that six-pack.

    Remember if you are extremely out of shape, this will take quite a while.

    Well the fat you have stored has been there a while, so it's harder to burn off. Try swimming and power walking. Also you will find that if you stand tall and pull stomach mussels in, not only will it strengthen your back, it will pull that beer belly in. It worked for me and I'm 39 and was a big drinker. I Keep to an odd glass of wine now, so feel and look great now.

    Exercise alone will not get rid of any excess fat you have on your body. You need to start eating a well balanced diet. The healthy weight loss programs that around to download on the internet are a great place to start.

    i'll say to start eating more vegetables, drink more water cut off the soda and jiuce for a little while, and do alot of cardio workout, like situps, 6 inches workout, pushups...just take it one day at a time..and be hopeful in urself
