Ok this one defers from the normal one just a little. We have 2 eggs and have to differentiate the hard boiled from the raw one by using the Salt water floatation experiment.

1) drop both eggs into the beaker of water

2) slowly dissolve salt into the water until one of them floats

3) guess which one is the hardboiled one based on the results

The one that floated was actually the hardboiled one and we can't figure out why. Is a solid egg less dense than a liquid egg? Or is the result not based on density at all?

Lets say I write "The hot African sun", is the word "African" an adjective or noun premodifier?

Is a hole an abstract or concrete noun?

Tutor says that "travelling long distances by train" is the dependent clause, but why isn't "can be rather therapeutic" the dependent clause?

I can find which is the subject and object in a normal sentence, but does it change in a question?

Is the subject Tom or Breakfast?

Firstly, thanks to everyone who answered my previous question. It was much appreciated :D

Now my 2 baby hamsters (parents are a pearl white and winter white), have opened their eyes and running around the cage with their mom and pop. Both have majority white fur. Their butts are a mix of grey and white but one of them has more grey fur on his head. They both have a black stripe (inherited from daddy) along their backs. Do you think the names "Cookie" and "Cream" are suitable?

My dwarf hamsters had a pair of babies. I suspect they had more but the rest were eaten. Anyway, I'm not sure the exact day they were born because I have a toy lion shelter inside the cage so they could have been born wayyy earlier than when I noticed (which was about 1 1/2 weeks ago). They now have some amount of fur and wander out of the toy lion quite frequently. Their eyes still seem closed although they do seem to know where their going sometimes. Every time I don't see one of them I start to fret that mummy went homicidal.. please can anyone tell me if their at a safe age yet?

My friend attacked me with a festering goblin (when its put into a graveyard from play, it gives another creature -1/-1).

I have Soulcatchers' Aerie and 2 1/1 birds in play. i have one of the birds block his festering goblin. Do i lose both birds? or does Aerie kick in first?

Soulcatchers' Aerie: Whenever a bird is put into your graveyard from play, put a feather counter on it. All birds get +1/+1 for each feather counter on Soulcatcher's Aerie

And.. does it make a difference who's turn this occurs on?
