what does it mean when an online poker site you are playing on is trying to act as your server?
While I was playing my computer security asked me if i would allow it to act as server. I allowed it and now wonder if I did the right thing.

o.O thats nothing it's like if it gets you as a host, simply at the time you are playing people use your internet, more since they are kinda being connected to your computer but there is nothing to fear.
