how do u do this?(on yahoo answers)?

You have to wait four hours from original posting for the best answer bubble to appear, THEN you may choose

When you ask a question, you have to wait four or five hours later, and then you can choose a best answer. It's easy to do that aswell- just come back to the question you asked, and under each answer, there will be a rectangular blue button that cleary states "Choose as Best Answer". When you do that, it will take you to a page where you can rate the answer on a scale of one to five stars and leave some feedback.

If you are talking about on someone elses question, sometimes they will go into the undecided questions category. You can easily find this part of Y!A by going to your chosen category and clicking the second tab I beleive. You then find the question, or any question, read the answers, and click the blue button under the answer to nominate it for best answer for that question. This is anonymous, and the answerers avatars and names are changed to Answerer 1, 2, etc so that you are not swayed to vote for someone who does not deserve it based on their name or avatar or if they are a top contributor.

If you want to choose the best answer for your own question, any time from 4 hours after you posted it to right before the question open period ends, go into the question. Read all the answers. There is a blue button under each answer that says choose as best answer. Click the button for the best answer. You go to a page where you rate the answer with the number of stars, then you leave a comment about why you chose that answer, or a thank you or anything. You get 3 points for doing that and the best answer gets 10 points +1 point for every thumb up on that answer up to 50 thumbs up counted.

If you want to VOTE for a best answer to anyone's questio even your own, on the boards click on in voting tab. Then, pick a category and a subcategory and a subsubcategory or any category you choose. You go into the question and read all the answers and click on the button below the best answer. You get 1 point.

If you want to vote and it's your question, you can pull it from your own q&a profile page but you don't have to. You can pull it from the boards if you choose.

If the best answer is chosen by voters, and it is your question, you get 3 points when the voting is over, whether you voted on the question or not. And the best answer gets 10 points. If you answered the question in question, you get 10 points for the best answer whether the asker chose you or the voters voted you best answer.

If you vote on a question and it's not your question but you answered it, you CAN vote for your own answer if you want to. You might still win best answer anyway.

u wait 4 hours after u posted ur question nd then nxt 2 it will b the "choose best awnser" button

You have to wait 4 hours. Than go to your avatar, click on it and go to my questions and look for the questions that are in voting. Click on them and look for the blue box that says vote as best answer. Their now you have voted for a best answer.

wait a couple hours then go 2 ur question and pick the one u like best
