    This question is stupid. Just cancel:

    f(x) = a² - ab + b² - (a+b) x + x²

    Then use (dramatic, sarcastic pause) the power rule:

    ∫ f(x) dx = (a² - ab + b²)x - (a+b)x²/2 + x³/3

    with respect to x;

    x^3/3 + 1/2 (-a-b)x^2 + (a^2-ab-b^2)x

    1/3*x^3-1/2*x^2*a-1/2*x^2*b-a*b*x+a^2*x+b^2*x
