Buy a dictionary then use it. Listening to others and then repeating what you hear makes you look...well, uninformed. Not all men are clean shaven. Depending on the area, for instance, Wyoming where I come from, many had beards due to harsh weather conditions. I've seen all sort of facial hair. Some wear suits others sport coats and slacks. I see all different color shirts, even pink. We do wear dresses, but I like skirts and tops mostly. I've even had to come to meeting in jeans. I have a floral case and a brown leather attache that I like. Many of the older ones still use the KJV along with the NWT, and we all have more than a few different Bibles. Regardless, we will study with whatever Bible the student wishes. But, yes, we have UNITY. We all speak the same Pure Language of God. It's very easy to tell us apart from the world. It's really a blessing!
