I will never learn the lesson that I cannot accept.

I don't understand fully what you are asking but I will guess.

I have made mistakes over and over again. Usually when somebody does that it is because they can't let go.

As for keeping peace with parents, I learned a long time ago that I will never keep mine happy and to just concentrate on myself and what I want

I also realize that I have been "learning" the same thing but from different angles..so annoying..cuz I fall for it again and bc this is when people let me down who I never expected to, I just to naive.
