How can I convert HEX notation to Chinese Characters?
Here is a sample of the text I can receive:

5=85=A8=E7=90=83=E9=80=9A=E5=AE
:-D E5 is a Chinese character. How can I make it so I can see it?

I am unaware of a Hex to Pinyin converter, as 2 byte Hex would allow for just 256 characters. There are many more Pinyin characters.
There are unicode to Pinyin converters.
