Do the elitist now want the working class to pay for their pets? Happy Act?

I thought elitist wanted to tax the rich but now they want a tax credit for their pets. How much can the working class bear?

    There's a big struggle going on right now to get health care coverage for human beings. Where are you getting the notion that somehow people are pushing for health care for pets if we can't even agree on covering our fellow Americans?
