How can you find out what your body fat percentage is?
I've been curious about this for a while and it only now occurred to me to ask.

There are a few different ways.
The pinch test-Fat fold on various places on the body are measured
The current test- There is a device that send an electrical current through your body, and because electricity travels faster through some kids of tissues then it does others, it measures body fat by the time it take the current to complete its path.
Both of these test you can have done at any fitness center
The military measures body fat by taking your waist measurement and your neck measurement and subtracting your neck from your waist. I don't know how accurate this is, but this is how they do it.
