You can really go either way in this one. Arizona is ranked last(32nd) in the league in Pass Defense, not so good when Eli has the 7th best passer rating in the league. Cincinnati is not in the clear zone either since they're ranked 28th in pass defense so it could go either way with this one, leaning more towards Eli tho.
