Who ENDED UP selling more, Kanye or 50 cent? (curtis vs. Graduation)?
I know that kanye sold more the first week, but isn't it true that 50 turned out to have more sales in TOTAL?

Graduation sold over 437,000 copies the first day and 957,000 copies in its first week of release. It was the highest first week sales in Def Jam History. Graduation has sold 2.9 million copies total in the United States and 4 million worldwide.
Curtis sold approximately 691,000 copies in its first week of release. Curtis has sold 1.5 million copies total in the United States, and 5 million worldwide.
Yes 50 Cent had more total worldwide record sales, but Kanye West had more total United States record sales.

NOPE! Kanye still had more sales than 50. Kanye's "Graduation" sold an estimated 437,000 copies during its first day of release Tuesday, ahead of 310,000 for 50 Cent's "Curtis". Even Kanye did better with his last album, 2005's "Late Registration," which debuted with 860,000 copies. 50 Cent also will fall far short of the 1.1 million start for his last album, 2005's "The Massacre."

I've been surfing the internet more than 3 hours today looking for answers to the same question, but I haven't found a more interesting discussion like this. It is pretty worth enough for me.

Nope. It was Uncle Yeezy who eventually ended up on top. Haven't you seen that 106th and Park episode?

i really doubt it, sales really slow down after week one and i think the first week count was 600k (GR) to 300k (CUR) and the final total was 900k (GR) to 600k (CUR)
way more people know the graduation songs anyway
