Scary recurring dream! Please help!!!?

So a while back, I had this recurring dream. I had it twice, and it was a little different in each dream. I am 25 now, but when I had this dream I was probably around 23 or 24. The most vivid one, was this:

I was outside (in the summer time) and it was around dusk. I was walking out in my front yard, near one of the flower beds my mom has with ferns. All of the sudden this strange man, middle aged, maybe in his mid to late 30's, with a scruffy beard (not long, just enough to cover is chin and cheeks) and long dark hair (kind of looked like Jack Black in School of Rock, just a little different) he came up to me and he must of drugged me or something. I just remember him taking me, and everything went black.

Anyways, I guess when I woke up I looked around and I was in this old house abandoned maybe? It had stuff in it though. It was around sunset I guess the next day. I looked in front of me and I saw a digital clock. The numbers were red, and the clock read 7:07 pm. There were other girls there with me, but no one said anything to anyone else. In the next room... (couldn't really see inside of it) He was in there, and you could hear tortured screams of another young woman. Once I glanced in there, I saw lots of blood, and gore. He was murdering her, like chopping her up. I was terrified, and horrified at the same time. I start to panic, like I knew that I had to get out of there. So I get up, and start to head near the door, and one of the other girls got up.

She was very angry that I was going to leave her there. She starts becoming very violent. (all the while you can hear the screams of him killing in the next room.) The other angry girl, starts trying to kill me. But I get away. I run out of the front door, and then suddenly realize I forgot my purse. So I run back in to grab my purse. (I wouldn't even care about it in real life?? lol) So I get my purse and run back out of the door, and start running down a dirt road, the sun was setting. Then I woke up.

I wouldn't really pay any mind to it, but recently my best friend and I were riding around, and all of the sudden she said she had this image of a man come to her. She described that same man. (I had told her about the dream, but not in detail, she didn't know what he looked like) As we rode down the road, we see this house, and it looked EXACTLY like the house in my dream, even had a dirt road leading to it. I got this feeling all over me that terrified me!!! It was almost two years after my dream...

Can someone help me figure this out??
