I do believe this IS a Cadillac, but I cannot say what year or model. The curved front windshield says that this car was built after WW2, and the body styling suggests that it was before 1960. I cannot say for sure though.
One thing you might try in order to find the answer: if you can find an e-mail address on the website you got this pic from, the proprietor of the website may know and be willing to share the information.
