    I only give thumbs down if I strongly disagree with what someone said or if the answer is offensive.

    no. i only give thumbs down to mean or annoying or rude or insensitive people like those who bully or who aren't honest or who don't answer properly (unless it's a funny joke but not a mean one) or those who include bad words.
