Ok so I have iPhone 3g s and i am thinking about jailbreaking it but that guy said once you jailbreak your iPhone you won't be able too downgrde the iPhone I just wanna know what is the cons of that

Why would you want to downgrade after it's jailbroken? it used to be if you update then you lose the jailbreak, but now this isn't the case. You can update and not lose the jailbreak or the unlock.
There isn't any cons as far as I can see
