Why doesn't my computer give my memory back after deleting files?

I download and play games (from sites like gamehouse or playfirst...) and when I remove the programs my memory(hard drive) doesn't come back. It'll come back randomly when it feels like it. I'm just trying to see if there is a way for me to get my memory back myself rather than waiting for my computer to give it back all at once. Hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance.

The "Random" is the scheduled clearing of temp files, recycle bin, and temp internet files

From "My Computer" right click on C:Drive and choose Properties

    Look for "Disk Cleanup"

Tick all of them and clean them after lots of use

While you are in C: Properties, make your laptop run faster by going to Tools and Defragment (or at least check that it is scheduled to do each week.

    did u empty recycle bin?

download ccleaner or webroot windows washer.

use them to clean your computer because it can free more hard drive space.
