Did you install your nVidia drivers and software?
You may also want to check the nVidia website to see if they have specific Windows 7 drivers available for your video adapter.
Other than that, I would suggest trying to set it up this way:
Right click on the desktop and then click on 'Screen Resolution'. If it doesn't show both monitors, try clicking on the 'Detect' button. If that still doesn't work, click on 'Advanced Settings'. You should see a tab for your video adapter and you can start the nVidia control panel from there.
Edit: To find out what adapter you have and therefor which drivers you need follow these instructions:
**If you're on a laptop, then you should just go to the computer's manufacturer's website and download your display drivers from there...
if not:
- right click on the desktop
- click on Screen Resolution
- click on Advanced Settings
- In the Adapter tab it should show the Adapter Type. If it shows a generic card or something, then you'll have to get a little more creative.
- Click out of the Advanced Settings window and click on Control Panel in the address bar at the top of the Screen Resolution window.
- Click on Hardware and Sound in the Control Panel and then click on Device Manager under Devices and Printers.
- Expand Display Adapters. If you don't see your card there, then right-click on the one that is there and click on Properties or Scan for changes or Update drivers...
- Your only other option is to pull your card and see what it says...
