Why can't i sleep? Please help!?
I've been waking up with a sore neck, back, and when sometimes in the ab area. I can't figure out why i can't sleep!. Is it because I need a new mattress? I got my mattress @ a good-will and was perfect when i got it. I got the mattress in the beginning of 2008. Please help!

it probably is the mattress. what i so when i cant sleep is i take my blanket and lay it on the bed and i sleep on it for more layers on the bed. use a pillow you like to a soft pillow will knock you out. if that doesnt work try unisom. its non habit formula will make you drowsy in 10 minutes. its the best sleeping pill next to ambien
