I have a HP Pavillion 6331eu laptop and wondered if someone had an answer to the problem?
All the touch buttons along the top i.e. Quickplay, DVD, fast rewind, pause, stop, mute and volume up and down suddenly do not work. The lights are on but they seem to be locked or broken. I have tried a restart, but I am not sure what to do to fix it.

uninstall and reinstall hp quick launch. You can go to hp.com click on support and then download software/drivers. Look up your machine and click on ur operating system. Then download and install the driver.

hay just uninstall the drivers and reinstall it form Controlpanel-->Programs and Features--> Uninstall Qucklaunch drivers and restart the notebook and download the drivers form the below site NOTE: choose the OS ur using and download the drivers form the link
