My Env Touch "resets" all of the default settings.?
sometimes (not all the time) my env touch resets all of the settings. this happens when i turn it on.

a lot of people have problems with that, just take it to verizon and they will either give you a new phone or update your software.

if u had it set to something different prior to the reset then try that. if not try 0000 or 1111
