Pres. Obama signed H1NI State-of-Emergency, but what good is that if there are NO vaccines to give people?

I know he's trying to "look" concerned, that's how Presidents act, but all major hospitals and most doctors agree there are not enough vaccines and IV treatment which is what they need now - but DO NOT HAVE and will not be getting what's needed today for a long time?

Update:

36,000 people die every year from the flu in the US. What is disturbing is the down-play of the regular flu which kills 36 thousands of people every year in the USA. So far H1N1 has killed 100. SO WHAT!

    well it will be in the us in about 4 week it is made in liverpool england
