I really doubt it does. They never even mentioned if it's ceramic or tourmaline which is needed in a flat iron if u want straight silky looking hair. 2 in 1 stuff never really work as well as in less quality for cheaper price.
If your looking for a flat iron though have you tried FHI, CHI, etc. There are many other brands that are really good. But there usually around $100...so try folica.com. But if your looking to get a sedu hair straightener get it from Ulta because it's the same price on Folica haha.
