Alicia Keys gives a speech about her views on the phrase "can't"?

Okay, so a couple of years ago I was watching an acceptance speech for Alicia Keys. She then began to discuss the phrase "can't" and what it means to her. Now, I heard that speech once in my life and have wanted to hear it again ever since. The thing is, I've never been able to find it online in video or written form. I was wondering if anyone had knowledge to this, or if they could find a link or the writing to it. If you could that'd be very much appreciated. I believe it was either for an MTV or a BET award show in 2008. I'm not 100% sure confident, that's just what my instinct tells me. If anyone could help, that'd be much appreciated. Thanks guys!
