B-day party for 13 year-old?

It pretty much sound like you have it. You should pick a movie in theaters thats looks good for you and your friends. Afterwards, if you aren't full from concessions go to your favorite restaurant. Another idea, if you are going for a lower-budget party, have your guests bring their favorite movies (or rent some) and pop up some popcorn. Ordering pizza is always a crowd-pleaser too.

Well you should go out to eat at this resturant called The Melting Pot but it may be expensive. It's really nice though. (look it up in your town) then go see a scary movie at night and have a sleepover with your friends and have like little a dancing contest or eating contest or name that tune contest. I'm trying to think on a 12 to 13 year old level. Oh and a good movie would be Paranormal activity and now you can buy a PG-13 movie ticket. P.S tell your friends to bring their own money for the food and movie. (Chili's is also another good resturant)

Maybe go to a movie with some of your friends. Then have dinner at your favorite restaurant. Then party at your house with your friends. With chips, music, and whatever you like. I don't know what else so just make it how you like it.

You can't go wrong with loads of pizza, onion rings, crisps, chips/wedges and stuff like that.

Fajitas would be nice too.
