Help Messy clutter collector auction or sell stuff 4 charity?
Landlord evict tenant after several times empyting room fill with good property. Trying to find way 2 deal w/ what Sherif has in storage. Most things r slightly used not junk -- simply too much for avail able space. As many "Clutterers" things just got 2 b too to handle then.

I would recommend trying to sell everything that appears to be very valuable (a relative term, I know, but say worth more than $50-100) via craigslist or perhaps ebay (though ebay requires considerably more work and cost as well - they charge to post, and then you have to pack and ship it all). I prefer craigslist because it is free to post and you can deal locally - people will come to you.
Everything else I would get out into the yard and have a fri-sun yard sale, and then call a charity such as goodwill and schedule a pickup for the end of sunday for whatever you don't sell. Get rid of it all in a single weekend.
Trust me, my brother is a pack rat, it is not worth hanging onto this stuff - get rid of it! You don't need it and just imagine how long it would take to pack and move it all.
