Are dairy products good enough for building muscles?

im 16, im fit and i dont have weight problem........

i have just started going to gym and i want to get in a good shape! Not bulky, but build up muscles for the ladies lol

anyways, i was wondering about dairy products........... specially yoghurt and milk! are these two good enough for building muscles?

and what about eggs?

    eggs yes milk no, milk contains calicum and vit. d which is good for your bones..stick with protien..eggs, meat(low fat), beans and nuts (watch calories) good luck and drink lots of water!

    Oh, but you DO have a weight problem. What builds muscle? They're called weights.

    Any kind of protein helps to build muscle.
