Has anyone had their teeth whitened?

My sister is a dental hygienist and does tooth whitening in the dentist's office. I asked her the same question. She said over the counter tooth whitening is about the same just a slightly lower concentration. I use aquafresh whitening trays and am happy with the results but need to redo it every six months to a year. My friend used Crest whitening strips and has very white teeth now.

I have just purchased Avon's Wellness Beautifully Bright. It uses the exact same stuff in the dentist office. The accelerator and the whitening gel. It only takes three days. Many people have had up to 6 shades whiter and no tooth sensitivity. It is on sale for 14 dollars on Avon.

I will have to have to write a book if I will start write you anything I know:) let start. First of all, teeth whitening work. In order to keep them white you must first keep a very good oral hygiene, try to stay away from dark color drinks and foods (Coffee, tea, etc'), if you are smoking then reduce that also.After you have done all of that you will still have to whiten your teeth again every 6 moths- year to keep them really bright and white.

Teeth whitening products are not supposed to weaken your teeth, but they might hurt the enamel if you are not using it correctly. Applying it correctly should be safe.

Before you spend any money i have to tell you that i am very satisfied with the product i use today it is a whitening tray, i also used a pen applicator which done good job on front teeth but on the back teeth was not so great (though it is not so important cause no one sees them any how).

The mall teeth whitening will give you the same results as the good home product s, but you will pay more.

I just found on this great teeth whitening site (the one at the source) that they are giving free trials for the whitening tray i am using (orth) it is an excellent product, it has a similar solution as the dentists. i suggest you take advantage of that before you spend money on mall teeth whitening.

Yes I have had my teeth whitened professionally with excellent results. If you want to keep them as clean as possible brush twice a day and stay away from coffee, tea and tobacco. I now use an at-home whitening product that has great results at an affordable price. I drink alot of coffee and smoke cigarettes so I like to whiten my teeth often so they don't look so bad.

Brush enamel for two mins a minimum of. three.) Gargle with Listerine. Then as soon as per week, use a whitening gel that you'll be able to follow in strips on your mouth, and allow it take a seat there for half-hour. Baking Soda is a nasty inspiration, I would not recommend it. Crest or Listerine manufacturers (whitening strips) are quality for whitening enamel, simply do not depart them in lengthy.
