Borderlands or Modern Warfare 2?

It really depends what you are looking for. Don't just take a fan boy's word for it. If you're looking for a good solo/co-op play with some rpg elements but it is still mostly shooter go with Borderlands.

If you are more of a hardcore shooter and want that classic cod online then go with MW2. The Server thing shouldn't be an issue, sure you could ***** about host having advantage but it won't just give hosting to someone with a half-*** connection.

Push comes to shove though my friend, rent them and see which you enjoy more and would rather spend the money on.

Modern Warfare 2

There has been billions of games that do not have Dedicated Servers and they were still playable, and well enjoyed. ALL xbox games are un-dedicated, PC version will get thems not 360 :P

Go for Modern Warfare 2 I've played Borderlands I felt it was a pass the time game only lasted about a week.

If you don't know what dedicated servers are then you are not a true Call of Duty junkie (thats not a bad thing!) and it shouldn't matter to you at all. I would get MW2, when i played Borderlands I really didn't get engrossed in the game like a quality game does to me.

Well the dedicated servers issue will only bug you if your a PC gamer. Oh, and obviously MW2.

No contest. Modern Warfare 2, i have cleared bBorderlands and is good but not COD standards.

Definateley modern warfare 2 border lands was a terrible game GET mdw2 trust m,e its better.
