The weight depends on the amount of resinous stuff and how tightly it is packed. Maybe 3-5 pounds a cu ft is fair, maybe less.

Looking at photos of some cannabis seizures that are less volume but over 1000 pounds packed tight, let's go with about 1000 pounds as a ball park weight which easy for an F150 if you can pack it tighter to fit the space.

The cost (or value) depends on where you are. Mexico, reckon on about $50k for 500 pounds. Further north, maybe that same amount comes in a shade over $400k. So your pool full could cost $100k in Mexico, or eight times as much in Chicago. If you could lay your hands on that much, and not get caught.
