Why is my TSH level changing so much?
I have no thyroid (thyroid cancer), i take Levothyroxine 0.112 4 times a week and 0.125 4 times a week.
I july my tsh level was 0.56, then in October/currently it is 0.119.
I have not changed my medications in over a year. What other factors could make such a dramatic change?

The TSH numbers are the hormone that is coming from your pituitary gland. That gland takes its orders from the Hypothalamus gland. The Hypothalamus gland responds to the level of metabolism required to make the body function properly. The Hypothalamus gland is also responsible for many other feed back loops in the body and in particular, the endocrine system.
Thyroid cancer is typically the result of an infection somewhere in the body that is reflexing to the Thyroid. The teeth are the number one culprits in this issue to look at first. Removing the cancer is the typical medical response and this is why cancer's return and other's pop up in other parts of the body, because the "root cause" has not been dealt with. The endocrine system is much like a spider web where if you touch one part of the web, the whole web shakes. When any of the other endocrine glands get weak or damaged, it is common for all of the endocrine glands to be affected. Birth control pills wreak havoc on the endocrine system and the hypothalamus feed back loop system. The body is about BALANCE and when you get an operation like removing your Thyroid, you have upset that balance.
Endrocrinologists will not agree, but your parathyroid glands can greatly affect the Thyroid. Any problems with the teeth can greatly affect those glands as well. All this can upset that endocrine system balance the body is trying to achieve and create many problems like TSH hormones being out of whack, when the Hypothalamus gland gets mixed feed back messages.
The first thing i would do is look at your teeth and find out which one(s) have infections. That's not easy to do with typical dentists, but you just have to be persistent. Many of the problems like this are a result of BAD DENTISTRY that is rampant in the U.S. Just the aniline chemicals they use to deaden nerves, like Lidocaine, Procaine, Carbocaine, etc. are all AGGRESSIVELY CARCINOGENIC. And using amalgam fillings, and bad root canal chemicals, and sanitizing chemicals like hydrogen peroxide that only kill about 30% of the germs all contribute to these kinds of problems.
good luck to you

TSH (Thyroid stimulating hormone) is a hormone produced by way of the anterior pituitary gland. TSH is honestly produced below the manage of but an extra hormone from the hypothalamus referred to as TRH or thyroid liberating hormone. When the hypothalamus determines the frame demands extra thyroid hormone it releases TRH, this factors the anterior pituitary to liberate TSH, TSH then travels to the thyroid and tells the thyroid to liberate thyroid hormone (thyroxin/T3-T4). When the hypothalamus determines the phases of thyroid hormone are average it stops liberating TRH, this tells the anterior pituitary to give up generating TSH, this tells the thyroid to give up generating thyroid hormone. In your case you not have a thyroid, so your phases of TSH are completely stylish at the quantity of Synthroid you administer. Your pituitary nonetheless produces TSH however it now does not anything. I recognize that is tricky however that is how we paintings.
