now ygo tcg news recently put up news on the new lightsworns do you think either is good enough for tournament play?

They probably are. Konami knows Lightsworn is all the rage right now, and if they release new Lightsworns with good effects, buyers will swarm. They've also been smart to keep them hidden to raise the suspense.
I, personally, think they will be a Tuner and a Synchro.

To reply to your comment on my thread, the super rare mirror force from a non MRD pack is 20 bucks alone. 1st Edition mirror force MRD is worth 40, an unlimited MRD is worth 30. (Ebay prices checked recently)
