13 letters, 1 and 5 both "G", vowels 2,7 and 11 are all "A", 6 and 12 are both "R", vowel 4 and 9 both E, 13 (D) comes immediately before 4 (E), and letter 10 (Y) comes 3 letters after 8 (V).
