Reading but don´t undestanding?
Hello, I am studying sociology at university, but rather than try to understand the texts I lose my self, I am unfocused and going very bad, especially trying to understand Hegel, Kant, McCormick theories, etc.. Does anyone recommend me a method to understand and remember these concepts at the time of examination? Much they appreciate your advice because I'm desperate ...tired...frustrated.

i m not sure if this helps..
hav u ever read novels or anything...
well all i do is try to make a picture of wat i read in my head while readin things n understand in that way...
try havin fresh mind before doin it too much frusttration can result dat too...take a break...try to relax...
or mayb try out yoga....
