It exists because of some woman's wet dream. She published it and the money came rolling in...
A world without that annoying franchise...that would be...bliss! I mean, wouldn't it be great if you didn't have Team Edward/Jacob posters shoved in you face every time you enter a store?

There has to be a transition between light and dark. Without it, it would be a world of perfectly defined days of light and dark.
I am scantily aware you are talking about the movies, but I prefer my definition

Because vampires are cool and if there was no Twilight at least we would still have The Vampire Diaries
