Do you have time to go to a shop or not??? If you don't you can:

Vampire:

Wear a black coat (maybe red) and get some red makeup/fake blood/ ketchup, which you can put on your face to create the blood effect!

Ghost/Ghoul:

Get a white sheet and put holes through or get some flour/ other white foodstuff and pour it over you for a translucent effect!

Witch:

Get a hat and black clothes. Perhaps a cape and if you have it take a brush/broom!

Frankistein/bride:

Frankistein - use green face paint/makeup and then wear tight clothes, go around with an alarmed expression!

Bride - wear a white dress and an alarmed look!

Harry Potter Characters:

Wear black capes and other black clothing!

Wolf:

Let your hair go wild! Also put on any old clothes (perhaps ripped).

For the skeleton you really need an outfit!

Devil:

Wear red clothes!
