I have to say that if you have feelings for him, like real feelings, not just feelings in a particular region on your body, then you really shouldn't get mixed up in a purely sexual relationship. If you can honestly say that you have no real feelings left for this person, then go for it, just be safe. If you even feel the tiniest hint of an emotion, don't do it!
