There is nothing you can do, but make sure your name and information is correct, make sure on your registration the right kind of car is on there also.

im not sure but you should ask the clerk that cause once i got a speeding ticket and the cop wrote in that i was speeding but put the wrong code when i went to ask the clerk where i need to be she looked at my ticket guess she was really nice she told me that the code on the ticket doesn't match what he wrote and to tell the judge so they can drop the ticket and he did cause i guess if anything is wrong on the ticket the ticket doesn't count. well i dont know that what happened to me so u should talk to the clerk maybe you'll get lucky

The only way they will throw out the ticket is if you LIE to the Judge (or advocate) and say it was not you the Officer issued the ticket too. The problem is the Judge might escalate the case and bring in the Officer in question which you will have to deny ever meeting. If the Judge proves you were lying you WILL be charged with Perjury and even Obstruction of Justice. Just pay the fine.

It's the person license who was speeding is all the courts are concerned about not your model type of car. Take a traffic school class (you can take one all online with TicketRelief.com) to have the mark removed from your license

nothing,. the court system doesnt care that you drive a passat. When you pay your fine you might want to have the clerk update it in the system, but other than that, it won't matter.

Nothing, if he got the right license# then you are screwed anyway. What you were speeding in doesn't matter as much as the fact that you were speeding in the first place.

Is the license plate number correct? Is your name on the ticket? Busted. Nice try, bud.
