I need to build upper body Strength!?
Off season of football is coming up next week. I am really skinny and barely have any muscle. I hate off season because we lift weights and im not very strong. Its embarrassing. I have an 80lb wieght set here at home but its ok because its kind of easy. What are other exercises i can do at home to build muscle. Its only my upper body strenght though. My legs are very srtong but not my arms. I also want abs. Im a whilte Male 14, 5foot 10inches, 120lbs. Help

pushups crunches and pull ups, try to set it 10 pull up 100 crunches and 100 pushup, and do it in rotation contiuous, with a 5 min water break

well your 30 lbs underweight...
not surprising u can hardly lift.
go get a gym membership and lift 5 times a week a hour+ a day.
and get protein, and creatine, and glutamine if u want.
ull get big pretty quickly.
in a month you'll notice differences.
in 2 years of weightlifting 2 hours a day 4 days a week with creaitne protein and glutamine ive gained 30 lbs of muscle.

i got here upon an excellent thank you to apply your individual potential to coach your triceps and biceps. placed your palms with your precise hand on the backside and your left on the remarkable, then pull in the direction of your self with your precise hand and attempt to maintain your hand back with your left. try this till your hands experience like they're going to fall off. Repeat with left hand. this does not build incredibly some muscle, and you're able to purely do it till you do preacher curls (purely pulling a weight up, keeping apart the bicep) and then do push-united statesalong with that.

You need to lift weights, and eat lots of protein. Thats the only way to get bigger.
