I am trying to talk my wife into some piercings ?
I would like for her to get a belly button piercing and a clit piercing, but was just curious, how painful, risk of infection, how long do we abstain from sex, and can it be overstimulating to the point of being uncomfortable ?

Well first of all, i don't think you should be pressuring your wife to get any sort of piercing that she doesn't fully want 100%. Second of all, I used to have my bellybutton pierced, and it wasn't that bad at all. They numbed it with ice first, didn't even really feel it go in, but once the numbess wore off I was pretty sore for a week or so. Hurt a lot to bend or when my shirt rubbed on it. As for clit piercings, never had one, but considering a lot of women can't even be directly stimulated on their clit b/c it's so sensitive, I imagine a piercing there would be unimaginable pain. It all depends on what your wife is comfortable with.
