Uh...no. If my ex texted me on my mom's b-day i'd go, "creeper!"

That would be nice of you, but depending on your situation, it could make things a lot worse between the two of you. Also, if you're not interested in her anymore texting is probably not the right way to go about it. This could lead to a long unwanted chat. If you're going to be friends with an ex, it's better to run into each other than to actually meet up or talk on purpose.

That would be sweet, but it might just spark an argument. I don't really talk with any of my exes because of arguments and stuff, my friend talks to his ex all the time but they mostly just argue.

No you shouldn't. if she is your X then keep it that way. No need to be friends. You don't have to be mean Just move on. All you are doing by "staying friends" and staying in touch is prolonging the inevitable and heart ake. If you do not have any children with each other then there is know reason to stay in contact. Just move on.

Yes. Don't burn any bridges if you can help it. You never know who you will need one day. You don't necessarily have to start a relationship again, but you might try just being friends. If that is to tempting, then just be friends from a distance.

no. if you are done with her be done. There is no reason to wish her mom a happy b-day if you no longer to wish to be a part of her life.
