Is it illegal to throw candy while riding in parades in Oklahoma?

    Might depend on the city, but having grown up in Oklahoma and attending 3-5 parades a year for 20+ years, there has been candy at every single one.

    Only to the extent that an officer would consider it to be disorderly. Tossing candy to people playfully will not land you in trouble, chucking jaw breakers at elderly people though will probably land you in some trouble. Depending on the manner in which you are "throwing" candy to people you might even be charged with assault and battery. Just remember though, it isn't what you get arrested for that matters, it is if a jury will convict on it. Just keep that in mind during the parade.
