Has anyone experienced paranormal activity: ghosts/spirits, unusual phenomena,etc.? Thanks!?

Only on TV. Ghost Hunters, Ghost Adventures, Paranormal State, A Haunting. All of them lame, poorly acted, and one step away from WWF (wrestling) in believability.

I'm 29yrs old, and I remember an incident that occured when I was about 3yrs old. I don't know if it was a dream, or if it was real. I remember lying on the floor in the living room, not sure if asleep or what. So, I look down at my feet, and there's a black shadowy figure, almost like the outline of the reaper. Well, this figure pokes me in the bottom of my foot with something, a syringe type of thing. Ever since then, if my feet are uncovered, I feel a shapr pain in the bottom of my foot. Weird ****...

when i was a kid around 4 years old i woke up during early hours of the morning the hall light was on so the light was shining in my room and something caught my eye so i looked over at the chair in my room and saw a dark figure just sitting there but couldnt see who it was i got scared and put the covers over my head and felt back asleep in the morning i asked everyone in the house if it was them and they were dead serious it wasnt them. Ive always remembered this moment.

yes, I've had a lot of little experiences throughout my life. Mostly just seeing spirits flash before my eyes randomly here or there.

The creepiest thing I ever encountered was a shadow person. It was just last week. It was a creepy blob thing that was blacker than black crawling across my floor towards my bed. And no, I wasn't sleeping, and my lights were on. Couldn't sleep that night lol...

Yeah, one time at our lake-house my mom was using our drier and she stepped out of the laundry room, came back and the thing had been twisted almost sideways. And it was a huge drier, with rubber pads on the bottom. It took my father and I to move it back. Pretty freaked out since my sister's boyfriend said he saw a figure in their room just the week before and other strange things had happened

yeah, once in Moab, Utah i was walking to my tent, and i saw a darkish misty figure walk towards the fence. when she got to the fence, the figure disappeared. i thought it was interesting, i wonder if the person died in that area, and why she stayed there.

Well, Me and My friend had a séance yesterday Because it was halloween and My Grandmother showed up.

well i once saw my moms brother at night and he looked so real, i was going to go tell mom there was a stranger in the house, but i turn around and he disappeared. it was awesome.

i was exstemly scared cause it just seems to be targeting my seven year old daughter she is to scared to enter any room in our home alone
