Yes. Of course time changed. It's daylight savings time. You were supposed to turn your clock back an hour at 2a.m.

The time clocks would go back in November
like during the night November 1st.
The clocks move forward in March
back in November at 2:00 AM
It had nothing to to with the trick and treaters.
